株式会社LETIZIA（以下「当社」）は、ELEVA（以下「本サービス」）の提供にあたり、利用者の個人情報を適切に取り扱うことを重要な責務と考え、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 収集する情報

• メールアドレス、パスワード（暗号化して保存）
• お支払い情報（クレジットカード情報は Stripe が管理し、当社は保持しません）
• 本サービス上での操作履歴、生成した動画データ
• IP アドレス、ブラウザ種別、アクセス日時等のログ情報
• SNS アカウント連携時のアクセストークン（Instagram、X 等）

2. 情報の利用目的

• 本サービスの提供・改善・新機能の開発
• お支払い処理および請求管理
• サポート対応およびお問い合わせへの返答
• 利用規約違反行為の検知・防止
• サービスに関する重要なお知らせの送信
• 統計データの作成（個人を特定しない形式）

3. 第三者への提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

• 利用者本人の同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく場合
• サービス提供に必要な業務委託先（Supabase、Stripe、Resend 等）への提供

4. SNS連携データの取り扱い

本サービスは Instagram API、X API 等の SNS API と連携します。連携により取得したデータは、本サービスの機能提供のみに使用し、第三者への販売・提供は一切行いません。利用者はいつでも SNS 連携を解除できます。

5. Cookieの使用

本サービスはセッション管理および利便性向上のため Cookie を使用します。ブラウザの設定により Cookie を無効にすることができますが、一部機能が制限される場合があります。

6. データの保管・セキュリティ

利用者の情報は Supabase（東京リージョン）に暗号化して保存します。当社は適切な技術的・管理的安全措置を講じますが、完全なセキュリティを保証するものではありません。

7. データの削除

利用者は info@letiziainc.com へご連絡いただくことで、アカウントおよび関連データの削除を請求できます。削除後 30 日以内に対応いたします。

8. 未成年者の利用

本サービスは 13 歳未満の方の利用を想定しておりません。13 歳未満の方の個人情報を意図せず収集した場合は速やかに削除します。

9. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サービス上でお知らせします。

11. reCAPTCHA について

このサイトはreCAPTCHAによって保護されており、Googleのプライバシーポリシーと利用規約が適用されます。reCAPTCHAは利用者の操作情報・IPアドレス・ハードウェアおよびソフトウェアの情報を収集し、不正利用やボットからの攻撃を検知する目的でGoogleに送信されます。

LETIZIA Inc. ("we") considers proper handling of personal information a core responsibility in operating ELEVA ("Service"). This Privacy Policy describes our practices.

1. Information We Collect

• Email address, password (stored encrypted)
• Payment information (credit card data is held by Stripe; we do not retain card numbers)
• In-product activity logs and generated video data
• IP address, browser type, access timestamps and similar log data
• Access tokens granted when you connect SNS accounts (Instagram, X, etc.)

2. How We Use Information

• Providing, improving, and developing the Service
• Payment processing and billing
• Customer support and responding to inquiries
• Detecting and preventing terms-of-service violations
• Sending important service notifications
• Creating statistics in a non-identifying form

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share personal information with third parties except:

• With the user's consent
• When required by law
• With service providers necessary for delivering the Service (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, etc.)

4. SNS Integration Data

The Service integrates with Instagram, X and other SNS APIs. Data obtained via these integrations is used solely to deliver Service features and is never sold or provided to third parties. You may disconnect SNS integrations at any time.

5. Cookies

The Service uses cookies for session management and usability. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function correctly.

6. Storage & Security

User information is stored encrypted on Supabase (Tokyo region). We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Deletion

You may request account and related data deletion by contacting info@letiziainc.com. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Minors

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. If we inadvertently collect personal information from a minor under 13, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as needed. Material changes will be announced within the Service.

11. reCAPTCHA

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. reCAPTCHA collects user interaction data, IP address, and hardware/software information, which is sent to Google for the purpose of detecting abuse and bot attacks.
